An Observing Observance
This from a good friend: "There comes a point in your life when you realize: Who matters, Who never did, Who won't anymore & Who always will. So, don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future."
A Chicagoan, I've recently retaken-up motorcycle riding to mark a turning point and new adventure in my life. It's great therapy, and initially a few years ago when I'd have to turn over my son to his mother on Sunday afternoons, a great deadness took over, causing me to buy my current Vulcan 1500 Cruiser, and take it for long rides to kill that pain. This has led to various motorcycle shows and events where I noticed no site online was developed which posted a greater awareness for such events. So, I developed one at BikersBoard.Net. This site posts many Ride flyers which support very worthy causes. Sometimes they help an individual, often charities. My site promotes these Rides to the motorcycle community, and fellow motorcycle riders, and my hope is, it helps increase donations and sign-ups for these worthy causes. So in a sense, my pain, has turned into helping causes. And that's just great!
